Why we are here

 

The current business model is broken. Power, intimidation, fear, control, exclusion and winner take all approaches are damaging, less effective and unsustainable.

A mindful approach to leadership, business and community shines a light on a sustainable path forward while creating true value for our community and planet.

We are a community with a diversity of ethnic, religion, industry, and gender experiences, whom have built teams, products and companies. Collectively we have helped raise over $1B in capital, created experiences for over 100MM+ customers and built teams of tens of thousands of talented people around the globe. We have worked for some of the most iconic brands in the world and also launch our own start-ups from the ground up.

Despite this “success”, we believe there must be a better way, to create and grow without the side-effects of divorce, heart attacks, panic episodes, alcoholism, depression, suicide, alienation from the community and destruction of our environment.

We believe true value is measured in benefit to People, Planet and Profits. The community we are trying to benefit is our team, consumers, investors and our families which can only be sustained with a healthy home and planet. Triple Bottom Line (TBL) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) thinking has been adapting over time and we are developing this further by incorporating Mindfulness as the tool and practice to realize the goals of TBL and ESG.

We don’t have all the answers, and this is very much a work in progress, but we are finding our way to create Mindful leaders and organizations who create lasting value for all.
